Employee Screening:
We take a deep analysis of what your business is looking for and then find the right candidates through an interview process and then pairing them where their skills apply. The hiring process also includes employment verification, drug screening, and background checks. We will also perform skill evaluations and if needed, basic safety training for assignments.
Bilingual Services:
We have a diverse temporary workforce. We are always looking for bilingual employees not only for our own offices but also for the companies that work with us. We have several recruiters who are bilingual to help resolve any language barriers between our employees and clients.
Flexibility:
We have customers that have anywhere from 1 person to 500 people assigned to them. We have the ability to send workers to an assignment where the customer dictates the days and times. For instance, if the schedule is Friday to Tuesday or any other version we can and will find you the workers to fill those needs—no matter how big or small. It’s our policy not to oversell you and get you what you need when you need it.
Automatic Overfill:
Our company will make sure that clients will always have the number of workers needed to make sure any company is working to it’s fullest capacity. Eric’s goal is to make sure clients have adequate coverage.
HR Management:
We handle the day-to-day management of the Temporary Workers which includes, taxes, payroll, insurance, healthcare, and benefits. We have sent up to 500 seasonal StaffAmerica associates to one assignment during Christmas peak season.
